Unpack address

Converts a user-friendly base64 address back to its raw components. Returns the workchain ID, account hex, and flags indicating if the address is bounceable or testnet-only.

The account address to query. Account address in raw format (e.g., 0:ca6e321c...) or user-friendly format (e.g., EQDKbjIcfM...). All formats are automatically detected.
